Therapy that meets you where you are.

I offer person-centred and experiential counselling for individuals navigating burnout, trauma, anxiety, and the quiet weight of feeling lost. Sessions are available in person and online.

What is experiential counselling?

Experiential counselling goes beyond talking about your feelings — it invites you to actually experience them, safely, within the session. Drawing on approaches like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt, and body-awareness practices, we work with what is alive in you right now, not just what you can describe from a distance.

This might mean noticing what happens in your body when a difficult memory surfaces. It might mean speaking to an empty chair, or exploring a feeling through imagery or movement. It might simply mean slowing down enough to really feel what you usually rush past.

Experiential work is always led by you and held within the warmth and safety of the person-centred relationship. Nothing is forced. We go only as deep as feels right for you, at the pace that feels safe.

“The body keeps the score — and the body can also lead the way home.”

What to expect

How sessions work

01

Free introductory call

A relaxed 15-minute conversation to meet each other, talk about what's brought you here, and see if we feel like a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

02

Your first session

We take things gently. There's no agenda — just space for you to share what feels right, and for us to begin building the trust that makes deeper work possible.

03

Ongoing sessions

We meet weekly or fortnightly, following your lead. Sessions are 50 minutes. We review how things are going regularly, so you always feel in control of the process.

04

Ending well

When you're ready to finish, we end thoughtfully — reviewing what's changed, what you're taking with you, and closing the work in a way that feels complete.

Fees

Transparent, straightforward pricing.

I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer a small number of reduced-fee places for people who would otherwise be unable to afford support — please ask about availability.
